Quality Management Plan QMP

Internal procedures for communication, progress monitoring, quality assurance and risk management. A written document that defines the project’s objectives, documentation, responsibilities,and accountability as it relates to project quality and outlines how the project team will implement,perform, and measure those policies. Document saved in SteamDry-portal and shared with partners. Task 1.1

SteamDry IT concept

Concept for data collection and storage, application of digital twin, models and automation solution. For the application of the digital twins and distributed agent platform to the paper drying process results from previous HORIZON projects will be considered. The necessary IT concept provided in D8.1 will contain each a list of available and required process and product measurements, an estimation of the amount of collected data together with a storage solution (e.g. type of database, required storage and data transfer capacity). The technology for the implementation of the models, the data transport as well as user interface will be selected.

Vision roadmap of SSD transition

Roadmap of transition of different dryers in PPI. A report describing the dryer types that are used in PPI. Estimate for process and dryer changes and their technical complexity needed for the SSD modification. Identification of possible reuse options for steam generated by SSD. Task 3.1

Ethics Plan

Plan for the management and monitoring of ethics issues during the project implementation. A report describing and monitoring that the relevant ethics regulations and procedures are followed in all project activities. Guidelines for handling the ethical issues within the consortium. Task 1.3

Initial communication materials for rising awareness

Report summarizing the first awareness campaign, communication activities and materials. This deliverable (M12) will include all communication activities and tools used to introduce and raise awareness on SteamDry project, during the first year of the project, including first awareness campaign, communication activities and materials (introductory video; first press release; initial newsletter; first brochure; project infographic describing SteamDry integrated concept -WP3-). D13.2 is an output of T13.1, T13.2 and an input for D14.1.
