First annual report of identification and definition of exploitable outputs and results of the project and their related business models for ensuring a successful market readiness stage beyond the project’s completion (> 2027).
Risk management plan (second version) (opens in new window)The second version of the risk management. This plan is based on the preliminary identified risks and is monitored regularly. The plan includes the definition and updating of metrics to assess the quality of the realized solutions, a risk assessment plan to identify potential deviations or setbacks during the project and to prepare recovery actions if necessary.
Awareness and Acceptability report (first version) (opens in new window)The report aims to raise awareness and acceptance with a long-term and clear vision for sustainable education, training and awareness raising at European level. For this purpose, it includes a gap analysis and SOTA to identify the European CE strategy and training pathways. Based on this, a plan to overcome barriers to the uptake of ZEvRA innovations will be developed. This is underpinned by a market analysis taking into account social aspects and training needs. The surveys planned and carried out at the time of the report in industry and academia as well as interviews with OEMs/suppliers and their evaluation are summarised. For utilisation, the report includes the current status of the newsletter, presentations and the planning of symposia, pitches and workshops for target group communication.

Plan for dissemination including communication activities (first version) (opens in new window)The first report contains a plan of activities to disseminate a set of messages, based on the results achieved, to a variety of target groups and the public in order to increase social acceptance, as well as a list of communication channels (X, LinkedIn, online media) to be used to raise public awareness and increase the visibility of the project results, the consortium and HEU programmes. It includes the design of all communication materials (logo, leaflets, brochures, banners, posters, audiovisual material). In addition, a list of relevant target audiences (research community, industry sector, policy makers) will be established and a dissemination strategy (to be updated and followed throughout the project) with a measurable impact on the visibility and impact of the project results through peer-reviewed journals, scientific conferences, online repository, etc. will be defined. It also includes the initial planning of a series of workshops and trainings (online/offline) with academic and cluster/association partners (at least 3) to promote cross-fertilisation of results and innovative ideas.

Scientific and technical management guidelines (opens in new window)The report contains guidelines for the scientific and technical monitoring activities and plans to monitor technical achievements, ensure achievement of objectives, work with the coordinator to address objectives, plans, progress, related problems, proposals and recommendations.
The deliverable includes the design of a multilingual training platform including training and capacity building tools, management tools and a collection of education and training resources. The platform will be designed for blended or live training and will remain active after the end of the project to build a transnational knowledge community with sustainable impact.
