Innovation and Data Management Plan (DMP) with open science practices, gender dimension and ethics (first version)

First version of the Data Management Plan (DMP). Open sciences and data management plan; Protecting the data while they are being collected, processed, analysed, and backed-up; Ensuring that data obeys with legal regulations, gender and ethical considerations; Regular reporting to the consortium; Monitoring and evaluating database performance; Improving the technology used building new databases.

Preliminary definition of the Circularity assessment

The report includes the Preliminary definition of the Circularity assessment as a basis for the baseline analyses.

Risk management plan (first version)

The first version of the risk management plan contains quality procedures that will be used throughout the project. This plan is based on the preliminary identified risks and is monitored regularly. The plan includes the definition and updating of metrics to assess the quality of the realised solutions, a risk assessment plan to identify potential deviations or setbacks during the project and to prepare recovery actions if necessary.

Scientific and technical management guidelines

The report contains guidelines for the scientific and technical monitoring activities and plans to monitor technical achievements, ensure achievement of objectives, work with the coordinator to address objectives, plans, progress, related problems, proposals and recommendations.

The report includes the DfC methodology with its 4 steps for the applications in the ZEvRA project. It defines the specific working groups and a series of workshops using interactive platforms and different tools and methods, e.g. the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), to define the iteration process between material experts, designers and end users (all participants).
