Content: D4.6 is the first version of a platform tailored to different user groups focusing on NBS as a strategy for hydro-meteorological risk reduction and mitigation. It includes advanced GIS-based mapping tools, browsing successful NBS case studies, and user stories about successful implementations, problems encountered, and cookbooks for replication.Purpose: D4.6 enhances stakeholders' networking and capacity building.Output: This outcome is both internal and external to the project.Outcome: This deliverable refers to T4.6, based on WP1/T1.1, WP4/T4.2, T4.3, and T4.4.It will be used in WP3/ T3.4 and WP4/T4.6 (for delivering D4.8), and in WP5/T5.2.Audience: Vulnerable groups, policy-and-decision-makers, industrial stakeholders, and SMEs.

Map of urban vulnerable hotspots in three pilot areas Part 1 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)Content: D3.1 is the first version of the interactive map in three pilot areas that shows the hazardous hotspots at the local level (grids, suburbs) for simple and compound events and different return periods and risk profiles. Purpose: This map aims to provide the hazardous hotspots for events with return periods and risk profiles that can later be the focus of automatic monitoring and real-time alerts.Output: This deliverable refers to T3.1 and is based on outputs from WP1/T1.1 and T1.4. It will be used in WP3 for delivering D3.5.Outcome: This outcome is external to the project. Its impact is particularly relevant for national governmental and non-governmental authorities in three pilot areas (Portugal, Slovakia, Estonia) and other countries with similar climatic regions and social-economic characteristics.Audience: All local stakeholders (e.g., residents, local workers) and temporary stakeholders (e.g., tourists), building users, owners, managers in the three pilot areas, policy-and-decision-makers, investors, and SMEs.
Content: D7.3 is a support handbook covering key aspects and strategies essential to effective reporting practices, including financial procedures, the reference list of legal documents (including ethics, Data protection framework, best practices for inclusivity), proposed timesheets, the structure of technical reports and setting up the internal review process for technical reports. Purpose: D7.3 will define guidelines for the internal process for technical reports to harmonise reports and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and excellence in project reporting.Output: This deliverable refers to T7.3. This guidelines handbook will be used in administrative, financial, and technical reporting tasks. Outcome: This outcome is internal to the project.Audience: Consortium members, EU Project Officer, and other EC managers.
D1.2. Report on existing long-term resilience visions and adaptation solutions in the pilot areas (öffnet in neuem Fenster)Content: This report focuses on regulatory frameworks, policies, and the key barriers and enablers within the three pilot areas (Lisbon, Žilina, and Tartu) to enhance the resilience of buildings and infrastructures at the local and regional levels.Purpose: This report identifies a vulnerability assessment framework (vulnerability, resilience, robustness, recovery abilities) for each site-specific hazard scenario in the three pilot areas (Lisbon, Žilina, and Tartu). Output: This deliverable refers to T1.2 and it is also based on WP1/T1.1 and WP2/T2.1. Its output will be used in WP5/T5.1.Outcome: This outcome is both internal and external to the project. Report on data specification requirements framework Part 2 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)Content: Following D1.3, D1.5 is the second (and last) version of the report on the data specification requirements regarding RETIME, which include data protocols, data schemas, and user interfaces to enable accurate object-related digital information exchange, specifically addressing the needs of the key stakeholders and users of the tools developed within the project scope. The report also outlines adaptation solutions for data collection, usage, and management, defining parameters such as source, volume, format, frequency, privacy, and security, to ensure scalability, model monitoring, and evaluation within the project framework.Purpose: The information in D1.5 serves to refine data specification requirements identified in D1.3 for adaptation solutions in three pilot areas to ensure their effectiveness, robustness, and feasibility in addressing climate-related challenges.Output: This deliverable refers to T1.3 and its output will be used in WP3, WP4, and WP5.Outcome: This outcome is internal to the project. Stakeholders Map with profiles, social survey analysis, and defined roles (öffnet in neuem Fenster)Content: This report analyzes the socio-economic and political-legal contexts of each pilot site (Lisbon, Žilina, and Tartu) via a customized survey for building occupants and local stakeholders. Employing a blend of semi-automated remote and on-site tools, this document focuses on education, age, gender, wage distribution, socio-economic conditions, climate concerns, technology literacy, country of origin, income levels, and vulnerability to climate impacts.Purpose: This document identifies social perceptions of risks, applied to the population, authorities, and other critical stakeholders, to define needs, barriers, and roles.Output: This deliverable refers to T2.1. This report includes the post-evaluation of performance for each engagement and co-design activity.Purpose: This document describes the stakeholder engagement and co-design strategies based on real-life needs, values, and expectations of target groups, prioritizing vulnerable users and e-users of RETIME solutions/technologies.Output: This deliverable refers to T2.2 and it is also based on WP2/T2.1. Its output will be used throughout the project, especially in WP1/T1.4, WP2/T2.3 for the delivery of D2.3, and for WP4/T4.1, T4.3, T4.5, T4.6, and WP6/T6.3. Additionally, this document delves into a multi-dimensional analysis of vulnerability, risk scenarios, and hazard characteristics within three pilot sites (Portugal, Slovakia, and Estonia), focusing on buildings, people, and critical infrastructure associated with existing and planned built environments.Purpose: This report outlines a framework for urban risk assessment analysis, identifying and categorizing the vulnerability of existing and future buildings and infrastructures. Output: This deliverable refers to T1.1 and its output will be used in WP2/T2.1, WP3/T3.1, and WP4/T4.1.Outcome: This outcome is external to the project. The impact of this outcome is relevant for EC climate-action authorities and other local and national governmental bodies.Audience: Policy-and-decision-makers, building users, owners, managers in the three pilot areas, environmental practitioners, research community, and members of other EU sister projects (see Part B, Figure 2.1).
Content: D7.4 is the Data Management Plan (DMP) for data organization, storage, protection, utilization, accessibility, verification, and reusability, and it will comply with the FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable) principles. The DMP workplan includes a set of deliverables for open access to research data. The structure of the DMP is based on the DMP template provided by the European Commission.Purpose: D7.4 helps the consortium members to plan, organize, and execute effective data management strategies throughout the lifecycle of RETIME, addressing data management considerations. D7.4 aims to comply with FAIR management of data all through the project and after.Output: This deliverable refers to T7.4.
