This deliverable consolidates a plan for stakeholder engagement and impact assessment. The plan in-cludes training materials, impact maximization strat-egy, and financing instrument list. The objective of this deliverable is to provide a comprehensive plan to maximise the impact of the project and its solu-tions. The report will be used as an input in WP7.This deliverable contains the output of T3.1 to T3.3.
Indicator catalogue

This deliverable combines the outcomes of T2.1 to T2.6. It includes a comprehensive catalogue of indicators for real estate in categories of energy, societal, com-fort, wellbeing, financial, circular and environmental, and resilience aspects. It also includes the require-ments for the collection and calculation of these indicators. The main objective of this comprehensive indicator catalogue is to facilitate comprehensive data-driven decision making. It will be used in the design of the nexus (WP4) and development of services (WP6).
Demo action plan

This deliverable provides an action plan for monitoring the demonstration cases of the project (output of T1.6). The objective of this task is to establish a methodology for monitoring the demonstration cases in the project and providing a detailed plan for each demonstration case.The framework will be used further in the project to implement and test the INBLANC solution on the demonstration cases in WP5. This deliverable has mainly an internal audience, however, the external readers such as urban planners/developers, municipalities, designers, engineers, and asset managers can benefit from it in addition to the deliverables of WP8.
Early DEC report
