Requirements of sustainable smart heat pumps

Report on the technical requirements and specifications for sustainable smart HPs. It includes materials, design/ analysis methodologies, and manufacturing technologies, and sensor/devices for optimized operation and connectivity, based on environmental impact analysis.

Novel sensors and devices for smart heat pump components

Report on development of novel sensors and devices for monitoring, optimizing operation and network connectivity of HP components. This will include embedding sensors, used in HP and other industrial sectors, in HP components for operation monitoring, developing novel smart embedded flow control devices and an innovative ultra-sonic sensor for on-line identification of gas/liquid phases within the refrigerant mixture.

Dissemination and Communication Plan

Plan of Smart-Pumps Dissemination and Communication tools and activities. The Dissemination action plan will encompass all details pertaining to newsletters, publications, social videos, and any other communication initiatives.(updated M18)

Exploitation Plan

Plan for Smart-Pumps Exploitation. This will include strategic plans for exploiting project outcomes, including sensor technologies, developed AI algorithms, novel HP components and HPs, hybrid manufacturing simulation tools, data, algorithms etc (updated M36)

Social, Ethical, Legal, and Privacy issues identification and monitoring

Identification of the guidelines for the project and the required documentation. This includes possible social, ethical, legal and privacy issues that may arise during project execution. (updated M36)

Data Management Plan (1)

Project, data management and risk plan

Project organization in terms of team structure, roles, responsibilities and work plan. It describes the Quality Assurance procedure and the strategy to keep risks under control and mitigate them. Analysis of the main elements of the data management policy in a detailed Data Management Plan (DMP) that will be used by the project partners. DMP will include an incorporate strategies to access open research data deriving from the project(revised M17 and M35)One revision will be done just before the end of the first reporting period and another one just before the end of the second reporting period.

Smart-Pumps project website

A website for the project will be launched, featuring both private and public sections. This platform will disseminate details about research results, data, AI algorithms, societal acceptance of digital technologies in highperformance projects, environmental reports, and facilitate communication among stakeholders and the public. Consortium members will have exclusive access to comprehensive data, technologies, and early project findings in the private section.
