Roadmap for Synergies within LivingSoilLL – First Version
(öffnet in neuem Fenster)
Roadmap for pursuing cooperation and networking activities to create synergies with complementary projects and relevant stakeholders, at national and international levels (D6.9 and D6.10),
Soil monitoring frameworks for each LL experimental sites
(öffnet in neuem Fenster)
The selection of the indicators/descriptors will start in T3.1. The monitoring frameworks (D3.2 and D3.3) will also include information on the sampling designs and number of samples to be collected to guarantee data representativeness to provide a valuable contribution to the LUCAS sampling points and survey, with a level II sampling (as it is more appropriate for detecting trends and for calibrating and validating models). . The monitoring frameworks will be first used to set up a baseline (T3.3.) and then to monitor the trending evolution of indicators/descriptors primed by innovative management practices implemented at each LL DS.
Co-creation methods toolbox
(öffnet in neuem Fenster)
Relevant methods and techniques will be described, comprising examples, good practices, scripts and report templates, and will be available in a toolbox framework (D2.2) structured according to the LL cycle (co-identifying gaps/problems to be solved; solution co-design, comprising testing, validating, implementing and assessing). Training modules and self-learning tutorials will be developed and implemented to support methods and techniques application by the LL communities in the context of living labs co-creation processes.
Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan (PEDR) – First Version
(öffnet in neuem Fenster)
INOVA will establish the Dissemination and Communication Plan (DCP) by M3 (D6.1) to set (a) the communication strategy, list of actions and toolkit, (b) the targeted dissemination activities and (c) a professional project corporate identity (logo, manual, templates, etc.) to strengthen all those activities.
Practice Abstracts – batch 1
(öffnet in neuem Fenster)
The project details will also be submitted to the platform with the first deliverable submission. The number of PAs to be developed (at least 10 practice abstracts - 2 x Living labs – D6.11 and D6.12) will allow and enable the project consortium to depict valuable knowledge produced that will be presented in an easy-to-understand and friendly way.
Guidelines for CoP management at local level
(öffnet in neuem Fenster)
Practical guidelines and strategies for mobilizing and activating the CoP to participate in developing and testing main project outputs (D6.8). Important issues to be addressed include: Why do the people want to participate, which training models are needed and how should they be designed? What traditional and new mechanisms and dynamics can be leveraged, and how can long-term involvement of CoP networks be accomplished?
LL network strategic plan
(öffnet in neuem Fenster)
Each regional LL will elaborate a written plan, comprising the description of its specific challenges, goals, governance bodies, operation model and expected outcomes. The connection and permanent interaction between the 5 regional LLs will be ensured by the establishment of an inter-regional governance body and a common strategic plan (global mission, vision, objectives, strategy, methodological approach and practices.
Training Framework and Agenda towards Outreach – First Version
(öffnet in neuem Fenster)
3-fold training framework (experiences, exposure, education) will be setup and tested/implemented towards (i) increased Soil literacy, (ii) proactive awareness and engagement and (iii) co-creation and co-ownership promotion and outreach within the local communities and potential users/uptakers (D6.13 and D6.14).
Clustering Activities and Synergies - Initial Collaboration Plan
(öffnet in neuem Fenster)
Initial collaboration plan for creating strong links and synergies with the projects funded under the call HORIZON-MISS-2023-SOIL-01-08 and other relevant EU-funded projects under the RIA call in 2021 and 2022 (in close cooperation with T6.3, and reported in D6.5, D6.6 and D6.7).
