An initial report that lays out user requirements, use cases, and a precise definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for AURORA gained in T2.3. It will serve as a blueprint for validation scenarios, ensuring that user needs drive the project's tool development and assessment strategies.

A meticulous report detailing the technical architecture of AURORA’s system, providing a technical blueprint that illustrates the system's components, interactions, and specifications that will support the platform's robustness and scalability. This is work carried out in T3.1.

Composition and Operational Framework of The Implementation Hub (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

A detailed report on the establishment and operational strategy of the Implementation Hub, documenting the recruitment and mapping of stakeholders and experts. D2.2 will outline the hub’s role in facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange within the AURORA ecosystem. This deliverable describes the results of T2.4.

This deliverable will establish AURORA’s digital interface through a user-friendly website, while a strategy for the project's communication and dissemination efforts will be detailed. D7.1 will include guidelines for content management, engagement metrics, and an initial timeline for activity rollouts. This is a work carried out in task T7.1.

D7.2 will provide a structured Intellectual Property Management framework specifically designed for the AURORA project, reflecting the work performed in the context of T7.4. It will detail the processes and strategies for identifying and managing key exploitable results, particularly those emerging from the technological components developed within the project. The framework will outline procedures for securing intellectual property rights (IPR), managing confidentiality, and sharing knowledge.

Project Management Handbook and, Risks, Quality and Ethics Management Plan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

D1.1 will constitute a comprehensive handbook detailing AURORA’s project management framework, complemented by a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that details the standards for ensuring excellence across all research and development activities as well as a risk and research ethics management plan. It will serve as a foundational document, providing governance and guiding the systematic execution of management processes and deliverable production. This deliverable stems from the results of tasks T1.1-T1.4, whilst it covers the research ethics from T1.5.
