Data Management Plan (1)

Data Management Plan- Initial version

The Data Management Plan (DMP) is a formal document that outlines how data will be managed during and after the research in GOV4ALL. Following FAIR principles, DMP will ensure the integrity and reproducibility of the generated data, validate them among partners, avoid potential data loss, and ensure broader dissemination to stakeholders. The DMP aims to increase impact by providing guidance on the content to be published, formats, and platforms, as well as anonymization mechanisms for open data, including not only GDPR compliance but also incorporating new AI-ACT EU recommendations regarding published AI models.To ensure an effective contribution to the EUSO, the consortium will identify in the DMPs which relevant data, maps and information might be of relevance to the EUSO and appoint a contact person to participate in discussions on data management with the JRC’s EUSO and the project SoilWISE.

Environmental Quality Scoring System

This deliverable will provide the methodological approach and the algorithm of the Environmental Quality Scoring System that is going to be used for assessing the environmental quality of the LLs landscape and for evaluating the impact of innovative agronomic practices that are going to be performed in the LLs pilots.

Strategic Communication Plan – first version

The Strategic Communication Plan defines the needs, activities, and steps to disseminate project outcomes and to exploit results, as well as the channels to be used to reach the desired stakeholders and target groups.

Local needs, barriers and purpose for transforming soil-human relationships report

Report identifying the existing barriers to a governance model for regenerated soils. This will be done through interviews and face-to-face workshops with previously identified stakeholders, with Theory methodology

Project management manual

The Project Management Manual is a concise document including rules for internal communication & document sharing; quality assurance & risk management, offering guidelines for WP leaders and partners on how to manage the project and deliverables, ensuring timely reporting to the EC.
