Data management and Ethics plan (DMP & Ethics)

The DMP & Ethics will evolve during the lifetime of the project to present the status of the project's reflections on data management. It focuses on procedures for data handling and management, types of data to be collected, processed, and synthesised, as well as appropriate methodology and standards to be applied; policies and procedures in relation to GDPR compliance and more. The FINEX consortium will operate on FAIR data management and open science practices, as described in section 1.2. Planned updates: M12, 18.

Exploitation, Replicability and Sustainability (ER&S) Plan

The Exploitation, Replicability and Sustainability (ER&S) Plan (D7.1) paves the way for the adoption of its results by the FINEX stakeholders, locally and on a EU-level. The ER&S plan, first version is to be prepared by M12, a final mature version will be produced in M20 (a few months before the project completion, in order to absorb the learning and project results, and to support the final stage of results dissemination and exploitation, and solidify the impact pathways after the project completion).

Communication, Engagement and Dissemination (CED) Plan

Described in T1.6. To be updated in alignment with the different project phases. The plan will aim to: ● Raise awareness, ensuring project visibility via effective actions and channels; ● Engage with key stakeholders, creating the conditions for an effective mobilisation and engagement of end users that contribute to the project; ● Foster outreach, via communication of the results across Europe and the development of a community around the project objectives; ● Influence key decision-makers, particularly regulators, by sharing and transferring relevant conclusions derived from the activities and project outcomes; ● Boost sustainability, paving the way for future exploitation through effective collaboration of stakeholders during and after the project ends. For that purpose, CED Plan will: (i) Characterise in detail the target audience ensuring the adoption of a multi-stakeholder approach to deliver targeted content, agree on the precise definition – values, expectations etc. of these target groups, as well as the most effective ways to reach and engage with them; (ii) Define targeted key messages to inform the audience about the objectives and expected results as well as to increase awareness about the project; (iii) List impact-based communication and dissemination actions, formats, channels, and scheduling of activities; and (iv) Define indicators, monitoring actions and roles.Planned updates: 12, 18.
