Dissemination and Exploitation plan

Document describing all the planned actions related to communication and the way to achieve successful dissemination but also the exploitation of the COATI-X project’s result for commercial purpose. S&S will engage patients’ associations. Being active in social media and prepare promotional videos and press-releases.Results of the project published and promoted via social media and events (congress,conferences). S&S will gather clients, industrial partners & investors in face-to-face events to engage stakeholders and to provide the opportunity for presenting exploitable project results.Establish portfolio of IPR assets, branding, demonstrate case studies.(S&S)

Data Management Plan

Development and update of the mandatory DMP that complies with the FAIR data principles including metadata and data use guides.Along with the Open Science policy, we will implement a data management plan (DMP). Data will be managed according to the FAIR principles: Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable. These principles provide guidance for scientific data management and stewardship and are relevant to all stakeholders in the current digital ecosystem. This goal requires setting guidelines for different types of data and metadata created in this project. We will create a DMP (delivered at month M6) for the efficient curation, sharing and release of the research data and metadata generated. We anticipate a range of data to be generated/collected, including experimental, observational, images and numerical. Responsibility for reporting/formatting any new data for curation and preservation will be with our project and data manager, to ensure it follows FAIR principles.(CMD)
