Based on the draft (Section 2.2) the first full DEC plan (M3) details the project’ target groups, overall communication, and dissemination strategies to inform and engage them, and planned activities and tools for the duration of the project. It will include standard operating procedures (SOPs) (e.g., open access, publications, event participation, Draft Exploitation Plan).
