D9.1-Project Management Plan

This deliverable provides the Project Management Plan with Gantt chart and work breakdown Structure. It will include guidelines for financial reporting, presentation standards for deliverables and reports to the EC, and measures to ensure timely reporting. The risk and contingency plan will be regularly updated. IPR and knowledge management strategy will also be considered. This deliverable refers to Task 9.1. Updates will be considered in M14 and M28.

D1.2-System architecture

This deliverable provides the definition of the EU-DREAM system architecture design. The architecture will deal with the different input data streams that come from the energy consumers. The architecture must be properly dimensioned to manage the entire amount of input data, without missing any real-world sample. This deliverable refers to Task 1.2.

D9.3-Cooperation activities

This deliverable provides the cooperation with BRIDGE and other EU-funded projects/initiatives. It will boost cooperation among complementary EU projects, integrating learnings into the BRIDGE initiative, and fostering the creation and growth of a fully participated digitalised energy system. EU-DREAM will take an active role in all 4 BRIDGE WGs. This deliverable refers to Task 9.4. Updates will be considered in M28 and M42.

D1.1-Survey report

This deliverable provides a survey-based identification of gaps and innovative solutions. Based on the survey results, the gaps between the consumers’ reality and the desirable achievements of the energy transition will be identified, and ways to bridge the gaps between what the consumers know and want will be established. This deliverable refers to Task 1.1.

D8.1-D&C Plan

This deliverable provides the Dissemination and Communication Plan, ensuring lively and capturing communications, active dissemination of project results, and systematic outreach to the most relevant audiences, also describing the targeted journals for the planned publications, KPIs for dissemination actions, and the main communication channels. This deliverable refers to Task 8.1. Updates will be considered in M14 and M28.

D9.2-Data Management Plan

This deliverable provides the Data Management Plan (DMP). The procedures on how to handle personal data to guarantee citizens’ fundamental rights and avoid misuse of the project results will be defined. It will also define which data will be collected, processed, or generated, methodologies and standards to follow, whether and how this data will be shared and/or made open, and how it will be curated and preserved. This deliverable refers to Task 9.2.
