A report shall be written to detail the activities performed in the project related to outreach activities, a description of dissemination at conferences other than conference presentations (e.g. stalls, fairs, etc.) and to list other public communication activities, such as websites, social media posts, etc. The period shall cover months 17-34 of the project, with plans included for months 35 and 36. Scientific publications and conference presentations shall be listed as well for completeness. This is related to tasks 11.2 and 11.3. Successful completion of the deliverable shall be considered to be the submission of a report from the consortium containing the information contained in this description.
Standardization and skills 1

A report shall be created to outline proposals and suggestions on standardization and guidelines, based on information gathered in the project up to month 16. A successful outcome shall be a report with at least one suggestion for development of a new standard and/or changes to existing standards for the technologies developed in the project. This is related to task 10.1.
Health and safety assessment 1

A report shall be generated to establish base cases for each of the following processes and use cases studied in this project up to month 16 with respect to health and safety for workers and the public: - improved gas atomization using enhanced sensors and modelling - coating of metal powders to improve processability - production of metal powders directly from scrap. - component in the aerospace industry - component in the automotive industry - component in the tools industryThis is related to task 12.3 and a successful outcome shall be the production of a report with a minimum of the base cases described above.

A detailed project management plan that will include the work breakdown structure, a task level Gantt chart, risk management, change management and quality management strategies as well as internal communications plan. The deliverable will be considered to be completed successfully if a plan including all of the mentioned points is agreed by all partners. This deliverable is related to tasks 1.1-1.3.
