Project Management Plan: initial

Project Management Plan prepared - a comprehensive document that will outline how a project will be executed, monitored, and controlled. The PMP will then serve as a roadmap for the project team, ensuring that everyone is aligned and aware of their roles and responsibilities. Linked to T7.3

Project Management Plan: intermediate

A revised Project Management Plan (PMP) will be an updated version of the original plan that will incorporate changes and adjustments made during the project’s lifecycle. Linked to T7.3

Quality Assurance Plan

Quality Assurance Plan prepared - a detailed document that will outline the processes, procedures, and standards necessary to ensure that a project’s deliverables meet the required quality standards. It will then serve as a guide for the project team to follow throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that quality is maintained at every stage. Linked to T7.5
