REGIS is a Computerized Customer Management System (CCMS) which has been developed for insurance companies which have agent-based systems. Designed to enable these companies to boost their competitiveness in the face of mounting competition from other methods of insurance marketing, REGIS incorporates artificial applied intelligence to allow users to easily and effectively identify the most appropriate service to offer, tailored to specific customer needs.
