REGIS is a Computerized Customer Management System (CCMS) which has been developed for insurance companies which have agent-based systems. Designed to enable these companies to boost their competitiveness in the face of mounting competition from other methods of insurance marketing, REGIS incorporates artificial applied intelligence to allow users to easily and effectively identify the most appropriate service to offer, tailored to specific customer needs. It has 7 distinct areas of functionality: customer management and needs analysis; technical analysis and personalized offers; agency marketing support; claim notification and management; office automation support; customer care; and agency/company communications. It has been designed to fit into any existing agents-based structure, both in terms of dimension and product building.
