Ziel

The IRC for Western and Southern Sweden and Iceland will provide cost-effective services to improve competitiveness in local industry by promoting transfer of technology and knowledge from European IRCs to local clients (Inward Technology Transfer),as well as the transfer of technologies from local clients to European users (Outward Technology Transfer). We will assist at least 900 clients on Transnational Technology Transfer (TTT) of which 180 technologies will reach the stage of negotiation and60 technologies will be successful agreements. We will publish 350 local TT profiles (Technology Offers and Technology Requests). As an active network player we will contribute with good practices that will benefit the entire network. We will share our Internal Management Tool with IRC Lithuania and cooperate with IRC North Germany in specific technology areas. We will develop user-friendly working practices and allow transparency to strengthen transnational cooperation and to create a strong team in which partners support each other in the interests of both the project and each other's organisations. To strive towards the same goals, we will have a clear system to follow-up performance indicators, which will trigger innovative approaches to reach our targets. To Create trust among SME clients, we will develop a selection procedure through company visits and technology audits to find and select SMEs which not only have the right technical description, but also the capacity and willingness to be engaged TTT
