D 4.4 Optimized web presence plan for CaBilAvi

To provide optimized, refined and well balanced interactive portal. The portal will contain a space for aviation experts and one learning space. The latter will be a space for online presentations of avionic training portal and avionic academies covered by this portal, its redactors, lectors, students and particular pre-defined courses is being created in this part of the work package, including a self-evaluation tool. The expert part consists of a production environment for avionic experts which is helpful for establishment of cooperative process of creating “best aviation study materials”. Creation of various courses including definitions of its‘ interactive study plans and elaboration on study materials with self-evaluation tests and filling up a knowledge base are composing core “features” of this part.

D 4.1 National info packs for airports, operators (D4.1_CZ_AP will be the CZ version for airports etc)

An interactive as well as a printed information pack will be put together, targeted at (smaller) airports to explain what benefits EGNSS can offer them, how to proceed at requesting a procedure.

EGNOS Dissemination Breakfasts

Dissemination and raising awareness of EGNOS procedures at agreed airports by organization of breakfast for current and potential users with coordination of local contact in order to increase awareness of EGNOS including the whole planning, translation of EGNOS materials into local language, establish agenda, invitation list with minimum of 20 participants, invitation letter of operators and journalist on behalf of the GSA, breakfast order and technical facilities in coordination with local contact. The planning report of each dissemination breakfast should be submitted to GSA for review and approval. Final report or participants, outcomes.
