Guidelines for international implementation of the care model
Clinical and economic outcomes of the two strategies (proposed care model and care as usual) will be compared in model based decision analyses (decision trees). The economic analyses will evaluate cost-effectiveness (costs per clinical outcome and per QALY) based on pooled data from the three trial centres (Kuopio, Amsterdam and Barcelona), as well as per centre.

Report to confirm the evidence of home self-management of UI is at least as effective as the standard treatment at the hospital but with much less costs associated and with fewer disturbances for women and therapist.
