A Common Reference Model to describe, promote and support the uptake of SLAs – Final Report

This deliverable provides an incremental update to D2.3 after the second iteration of the project. D2.4 will provide the complete common reference model validated through the feedback from the first year of SLA-Ready. This final version will include the complete specification of elements like SLO metrics/measurements, quantitative and qualitative assessment techniques and standardised SLA templates.

SLA-Ready Hub and Social Marketplace - first iteration

Initial report describing the design and development of the digital hub and social marketplace, including the Tutorials-as-a-Service, integration into the CSA web site and consortium-created content. It also reports on impact based on the KPIs defined.

Dissemination and Communication Plan

Concise 24-month plan defining key actions to maximise the impact of SLA-Ready in awareness creation, tools to educate the target groups, stakeholder engagement, outreach through external events and promotion of outcomes and outputs.

A Business Guide to Service Level Agreements: How to be a well-advised user of cloud services

This report is a user-friendly guide to the legal, technical and socio-economic frameworks, regulations and compliance aimed at facilitating the uptake of SLAs in the private sector. The Guide will also include a checklist and possible adoption roadmaps. In order to serve cloud customers as effectively as possible, it will be constantly polished and integrated with feedback, including from training services.

High-level report on cloud SLA recommendations

This deliverable will demonstrate a more policy oriented intervention from the AB experts from different communities to deliver an objective report to the EC, which includes recommendations for a research roadmap.

Requirements emerging from a state-of-the-art analysis

This deliverable compiles the results of Tasks 2.1 and 2.2, and provides a comprehensive analysis of the requirements identified in the community, either from the technical perspective (both in the industrial and academic domains as part of the Task 2.1), or from the legal perspective (as part of the Task 2.2). This deliverable also reports the publicly available repository of SLAs, to become part of the ‘social marketplace for cloud SLA’ build on WP4.

Standardisation and International Cooperation Initial Report

At the end of Y1 this deliverable will report the main standardisation and internationalisation activities carried by SLA-Ready.

Engagement Plan for Standardisation and International Cooperation

This deliverable sets out the plans to document the roadmap for the core WP3 activities.

Socio-economic Impact of SLA-Ready and Exploitation Plan

Analyses the impact of SLA-Ready on the European economy, characterising it on the demand and supply sides. It provides a minimum set of case studies and draws on relevant analyst reports and expert interviews. It assesses the sustainability of SLA-Ready Support-as-a-Service based on technical, financial, marketing and human support KPIs, related costs and presents the final exploitation plan.

Requirements emerging from a state-of-the-art analysis –Final Report

Final report of D2.1 after a second iteration, providing the final analysis of requirements and repository, including feedback received on the first iteration by a specialised community.
