Report on communication and dissemination activities

The deliverable will report the dissemination activities of the project results including lessons learned, success stories, experiences of the participants, beneficiaries, mentors and financiers to interested parties in the academic and business communities.

Report on the STARTIFY7 external environment

Research into initiatives at a local or EU level aiming at providing the necessary skills for young people with entrepreneurial aspirations will be undertaken by the project in order to document all relative activity and use all best examples to inform the content and implementation of the STARTIFY7 academies

Report on the implementation follow-up and lessons learnt at the second round of the Academies

This deliverable is to be produced as a pubic report to be completed by month 22 and will now be the responsibility of HIT The deliverable will build on the structure produced for 42 but will show the step change of the 2015 to 2016 academies and key lessons learned

Report on project networking activities

The deliverable will report the promotion activities to potential participants universities, high schools and the business world.

Report on the follow-up activities to support participants

The deliverable will report the follow-up advice and support activities of the partners towards the participants of the events.

STARTIFY7 blueprint for designing and implementing a summer academy

Creation of a blueprint with specifications for the individual summer schools. Each individual summer academy will use these specifications and taking into account the needs and individual requirements of the selected theme of the academy will proceed into the detailed design of the curriculum.

Report on the training needs of EU young ICT would-be entrepreneurs

Preparation of guidelines to be used by all the academic partners plus the 2 incubators (UTUM and i4G) to gather and analyse the training needs of the young people targeted by the project.

Integrated identified project process into the system

The deliverable will deploy standardized processes such as participant selection enrollment internal communication as well as workflows such as document sharing searching contact information and other tasks that can come up during the project management work package such as multiple mentor reviews or interactions between summer academies

Knowledge wiki, document database and a gamified frontend for participants

The deliverable will deploy a knowledge management for STARTIFY7 including established content management systems forms such as wikis document databases and online courses The system will be also offering a game process to participants

Collaboration tools with social media integration

The deliverable will involve the integration of internal collaboration systems with social media available on Internet

Basic front end website with the front end theme

The deliverable will be a user friendly minimalistic theme framework that will be used throughout the web platform
