System Architecture

This document is addressed to all project partners involved in the design, implementation, testing and deployment of the FurnIT-Saver architecture. The document is a primary input for the WP3 and WP4 since a general view of the whole architecture is given. This includes a description of the database and user interfaces based on both web and mobile applications.

This document is focused on describing the AR / VR frameworks and the recommendations engine.

A complete and detailed protocols specifying the procedures to be followed during system validation, as well as the information to be recorded.

User Requirement Document

Document that explains the system/platform user expectations. The deliverable will produce, in natural language and/or diagrams, the services and functionalities that the system/platform provides, specifying the requirements the user needs and wants. The document will include the “Functionality simulator” developed in the step 2 of the task 1.1

Business case report
Validation results and recommendations

A report summarising the results of the validation activities and determining if user requirements have been met or not. This will include a table with the list of user requirements, application scenarios and system specifications in the rows, and one column per row showing if and to what degree did the prototype fulfil these requirements. A section containing recommendations for post-project modifications will be included.

Guidelines and procedures for personal data treatment

This document will define the guidelines and procedures to collect, storage, protect, retain and destroy of personal data for the compliance with the identified relevant directives and national legislations.
