Fact Sheets “Assessment of local feasible RES-H/C utilisation including district heating expansion potentials (from private and socio economic point of view) based on analysis of local energy systems including the identified potential energy savings and local renewable energy resources” for selected municipalities.

Scientific dissemination materials

Two peer reviewed papers will be prepared and submitted and 3-4 presentations at international conferences will be held in order to ensure the scientific discussion of the work in course of the project.

Current regulations & policies

Report on current regulations, support policies, and other related framework conditions on EU level, national, regional and local level for the target countries, and assessment of specific characteristics of successful regulations and policies from a local perspective.

The procedure file will comprise a checklist from preparation of the workshop to the end of the process (including sending the programme, presentations and conclusions to Energy Cities).

Reports on local heating and cooling strategy recommendations for the six municipalities analysed (50 pages report per municipality in English and national language)

Local case study summary sheets

A summary sheet (2 pages each) will be created for the case studies. They will be written in English, and translated in the corresponding partners’ national language. A PDF version will be available on the website.

Online database

This interactive, user-friendly online data mapping tool will gather all information collected through the other WPs about RES-H/C and energy efficiency technologies for the target countries, including their costs and long-term potentials, related barriers, drivers and success factors as well as the results of the policy impact assessment, thus providing a sound and compact basis for policy design.

This annual magazine is printed and distributed in 2,000 copies, mainly to European local authorities and a PDF version is available on the Energy Cities website

Policy recommendations leaflet

A summary leaflet (4-6 pages maximum) will be prepared based on the policy recommendations delivered by WP2-4 and WP5 and synthesised in WP5 (Task 5.4). It will be written in English, printed in 1,000 copies and a PDF version will be made available on the project website.

Graphic charter

To ensure a common identity of the progRESsHEAT activities, a graphic charter will be developed, including a project’s logo. The design should give the project a positive image and be easy to adjust to various types of communication materials and tools.
