Communication and Dissemination Plan (3 versions)

Producing a detailed document outlining the activities at the basis of the project’s dissemination and communication activities, identifying the target groups and defining the communication tools and distribution channels. The plan (first version produced by M3) will be subject to revision and updated versions will be issued in M12 and M24.

Report on Dissemination and Communication Activities

Report summarizing the outcomes of all the tasks and activities foreseen in the Communication and Dissemination Plan.

Mapping of R&D public financing

Developing a detailed listing of accessible financing, programmes, objectives, participation criteria and contacts details for bioeconomy R&I.

Report on links with other initiatives

Producing a document summarizing the activities related to establishing links with existing bioeconomy initiatives. Report will outline the activities performed and report the outcomes achieved.

List of R&D results following an analytical assessment and rating of completed B30s in view of their relevance for policy making.

Designing and printing project brochures at two stages of the project: at the beginning of the project (to inform about the objectives of the project) [M6], and towards the end of the project (to present project achievements) [24].

Designing and implementing a PRO-BIO splash page and updating the existing platforms (youris.com, commnet.eu, innovationseeds.eu) to properly host the content developed in PRO-BIO project.
