Based on a peer-reviewed evaluation, the final report will provide information about the progress made by PLOTINA RPOs during the project. It will be structured to assess the GEPs implementation, in terms of Actions and impacts, and it will be presented and discussed at the final PLOTINA conference.
Plan for the Exploitation and Dissemination of ResultsA communication and dissemination plan will be agreed by all Partners at the kick-off Meeting in Bologna. It will include the set of actions necessary for achieving the objectives and the relevant deadlines. An updated or confirmed Plan for the Exploitation and Dissemination of Results in both the periodic and final reports, explaining how achieved results are exploited and disseminated.

A PLOTINA lexicon: agreement on a common definitions of e.g. Gender Equality, Work-Life Balance, and Culture that are practical in local contexts of all EU RPOsAn agreement on the terminology, i.e. concepts/terms and their definitions to be used within PLOTINA Consortium (and the specific references) will be provided
Policy Brief on Approaches, Strategies and Practices to forward Gender Equality in Research Organizations and Research ProgrammesAn executive summary policy brief will be prepared to inform the key actors at institutional level, as well as policy makers and policy-delivery services, about the successful and critical approaches, strategies and practices to implement Gender Equality in RPOs at the starting stage.
An online database, intended as a repository of PLOTINA outcomes and results, will be created. This database will include : i) Actions already undertaken by RPOs partners and the GEPs available in the public domain in Europe; ii) the online Library of Actions and the Case Studies; iii) the PLOTINA Good Practice Guide accompanied by a formative toolkit; iv) a -version of the monitoring software and a final version together with a complete methodology for impartially monitoring.
Final Library of Actions with reflections and feedback from RPOs and on-line publication of the final version of the Good Practice GuideThe final Library of Actions and the Good Practice Guide will constitute the final outputs reporting the methods, the Actions, the timing and the problems faced by the PLOTINA RPOs for projecting and implementing their GEPs. This on-line publications will be the basis for GEPs implementation in academic institutions outside the PLOTINA Consortium
The formative toolkit is a practical guidebook/tool for the consultation and use of the Good Practice Guide for RPOs at the starting stage. The toolkit will be an easy and iconic schematization of the processes and actions undertaken in the GEP design and implementation and it will be specifically linked to the different chapters of the Good Practice Guide.
