Synthesis report on the benchmark conducted in the field of new data fields in offices

This report will provide an exhaustive review of the potential of new data fields and alternative sources of measurement applicable in office building. It will cover all the emerging technologies and will deeply analyse the feasibility and applicability of each techniques alternative multimedia sources such as smart phone to the HIT2GAP approach.

This task aims at providing an in depth analysis of the results obtained within the project at two levels: tool integration level and running of the tool in the pilots. It will compile the lessons learnt during the operation of the tool in the pilot sites, an assessment of the pilot managers’ feedback, and the identification of the performance improvement capacity of the tool. Public web portal

The web portal will be initiated within the second month of project start date and reviewed and updated regularly during the lifetime of the project. It will present a collection of simple non-technical explanations of the goals and findings of the project and any published work to arise out of the project. It will be populated with content from the pilot sites and research findings as the project progresses.

This document will provide the requirements concerning open access data and how this new requirement will be addressed in HIT2GAP.
