Collective Platform for Community Resilience and Social Innovation during Crises

Content informativeness classification

Web services for classifying the relevance and informativeness of social media and SMS messages will be made accessible for this deliverable. The deliverable will be accompanied with a report describing the algorithms employed and how they have been trained, as well as a report on their accuracy and evaluation against state-of-the-art methods.

Third version of the COMRADES platform

Third version of the platform, and includes a report describing all the tools and requirements built into it from WPs 2-4.

Classification approaches of emergency events

Services for classifying micro emergency events will be made accessible for this deliverable. The deliverable will be accompanied with a report describing the design and production of these classifiers, as well as a report on their accuracy tests and results.

Results of final platform evaluation

The deliverable will describe the user community, evaluation methods, and results. This will constitute the outcome of the community-based evaluations of the third version of the COMRADES platform.

Dissemination and communication action plan

A report that will address overall communication and dissemination strategy and its expected results, corporate identity, project logo and graphical layouts; guidelines for the implementation of communication and dissemination actions, identification and segmentation of communication and dissemination targets; tools needed to implement successful communication events, where the project should be represented; the timing of communication and dissemination actions foreseen to support the project visibility and communication to specific targets; the communication levels (European or national/regional/local) and the responsibilities attributed to each partner, indicators to measure the performance of the communication and dissemination and methods for monitoring and reporting the communication and dissemination actions.

Validity assessment methods

A scientific paper that describes the methods for content and source validity assessment. The deliverable will also include a description of how these methods have been implemented as web services, define the service API, and the evaluation experiments and results. The methods will be released as open source GATE plugin

Requirements for boosting community resilience in crisis situation

Report on guidelines and recommendations for collaborative platforms, extracted from established theories of community resilience.

Multilingual content processing methods

This deliverable will describe the methods for multilingual content processing developed in T3.1. It will explain the approaches used, the linguistic coverage, and the performance evaluation results.

First report on communication and dissemination activities

Report on the communication and dissemination activities implemented in the first year of the project.

Third report on communication and dissemination activities

Report on the communication and dissemination activities implemented during the whole project duration.

Socio-technical requirements for collective resilience platforms

Report on the initial socio-technical requirements gleaned from communities through hands-on participatory-design workshops

Enriched semantic models of emergency events

This deliverables will describe the generated models for representing emergency events. The deliverable will explain the approach used, the scope of the models, and the results of their tests against a set of appropriate competency questions.

Matchmaking emergency events

A scientific paper that describes the methods and services for pairing complementary events found in crises social data. The deliverable will also include a description of the service API, and the evaluation experiments and results.
