The aim of this Project Handbook is to give a quick and short overview of the most relevant project information, procedures and conditions for the partners in the INTEGROIL Project. Furthermore, the purpose is to elaborate on issues given in the Consortium Agreement that may need further explanation to become operative, and give the partners a reference document about their responsibilities. Some aspects that may be explained here are: • Reporting (technical and financial) (T.7.5) • Meeting arrangement (T.7.4) • Management structure and communication chain (T.7.1, T.7.2 and T.7.3) • Budget issues
Demonstration and validation framework (downstream scenario) (Public Summary)This deliverable is a public summary of Deliverable D4.2 Demonstration and validation framework (downstream scenario)
First press and media campaignA first set of news will be launched for promoting INTEGROIL project at the beginning. Provided information will focus on general objectives, expected impact and project consortium. Due to its general content, it will not be constrained by the limitations set in the Deliverable 5.2.
Communication planA Communication plan will be created wihin Task 5.1., to set the rules for showing INTEGROIL outcomes to general public, raising the awareness about the problem faced in the project and the benefits of the new technology. Additionally to other general guidelines (key message, communication methods, target audience), the next issues will be faced: • Visual identity • Communication materials (report templates, presentations, etc) • Website style • Social media used for communication • Press relations • How to monitor the impact of communication activities
Reviewed Data Managing PlanThis document, developed under Task 7.1, will be an updated version of the Data Managing Plan. It will include the guidelines for the dissemination of the results obtained to all project partners in order to fulfil the requirements of Open data Research Pilot but without compromising IPR of INTEGROIL platform. It will update which data can be made available by project partners according to ODRP, and when the data will be made available. Finally, this document will update the methods and periods for preserving obtained data.
Dissemination plan and guidelines for the dissemination activitiesThis includes a publication policy and strategy, a data management plan and the specific guidelines for the dissemination and confidentiality issues.
Initial exploitation planThis deliverable will contain the scheme of the future exploitation, with the initial studies carried out under task 5.3, regarding the exploitation possibilities like basic market analyses and the initial business models. The project presentation will be part of this deliverable.
Demonstration and validation framework (upstream scenario)This deliverable will include the output of T4.1: Definition of demonstration and validation objectives, activities to be accomplished for the installation and commissioning of the validation unit, detailed key performance indicators for the validation in the Upstream scenario, and access conditions to the demo-sites.
Operative framework for LCA studiesThis deliverable will gather the results and conclusions of Task 6.1, regarding the water treatment, the main water quality parameters technologies, and the data requirements to be assessed along LCA and LCC. Moreover, the functional unit will be described, and the selection of the final assessment (which will be also described) will be explained.
Life Cycle assessment and Life Cycle Costing (Public Summary)This deliverable is a public summary of Deliverable 6.2 Life Cycle Assessment and Life Cycle Costing
Deliverable 5.8 will document the INTEGROIL consortium’s participation at external events, as agreed upon task 5.1. This participation has a 2-fold objective: promoting more research activities related to water treatment in water-intensive industries, and prepare market take-up of the results, establishing contacts to industrial users.
Demonstrative video regarding INTEGROIL performanceA demonstrative video showing the INTEGROIL platform in operation along the upstream and the downstream demonstrative scenarios will be designed and edited along Task 5.1. It will be incorporated into the project website, and will be promoted properly.
Project websiteThe project website will be created specifically for dissemination purposes as well as for project information exchange between partners (T.5.1). It will be designed following the recommendations of the reference document “Project EU Project Websites – Best Practice Guidelines”. Thus, it will have equilibrium between a too condensed structure (too much information under few headings) and a structure with little accessibility (too many menus). The Homepage will be visually attractive and informative, giving access to other sections (Project overview, Consortium, Work packages, Media centre, etc). These sections would be further expanded into sub-sections if necessary. The EU co-funding will be duly acknowledged, also by the inclusion of the relevant logos.
Technical workshopAs exposed in task 5.1, a technical workshop will be organized to present the advances and technological achievements of the project. Key stakeholders of the O&G industry (extraction, refining, field services, business associations), the environment sector (water companies) and the scientific community will be invited. Obtained results, advantages and potential application scenarios will also exposed along this Workshop.
Presentation of INTEGROIL results in relevant publications and journalistic articlesThis deliverable deals with the publication of results (foreground) through relevant Scientific (peer reviewed) Publications or other specialized journals (T.5.1). Publications will be listed properly, and its content will be made available in the public domain thus demonstrating the added-value and positive impact of the project on the European Union.
Second press and media campaignThe second set of news will be launched for promoting INTEGROIL platform and boosting market take-up (T.5.1). Provided information will focus on obtained results, observed benefits and performance, as well as potential applications and target sectors.
This document (developed under Task 7.1) will provide guidelines for data management to all project partners, in order to grant dissemination of data (fulfilling the requirements of Open Data Research Pilot but without compromising IPR of INTEGROIL platform). It will define the data that will be generated along the project, and will set whether and how will be used by project partners. Moreover, it will define which data can be made available according to ODRP, and when the data will be made available. Finally, this document will specify the methods and periods for preserving obtained data. The use of a Data Management Plan is required for projects participating in the Open Research Data Pilot.
