D2.1 Existing business models for renewable energy aggregators

Task 2.1 - Description of existing European business models (BMs) for renewable energy (RE) aggregation within and outside the consortium. This will be done for the business models of the aggregators patners of the project and also for the business models of the aggregators outside the consortium.

D3.4 Analysis of RES competitiveness in the improved business models

Task 3.4 - This deliverable describes how the aggregation of the RES can increase the competitiveness of RES.

D5.1 Assessment of the impact on RES-E generation

Task 5.1 - Description of the quantitative impact of the BestRES business models on the development of RES-E generation and how the business models are supporting national and European RES-E integration targets.

Leaflet on project presentation

Task 6.3 - Leaflet for the presentation of the project objectives, expected results and partners. E-version and 2000 hard copies.

D2.4 Minutes of the expert workshop

Task 2.4 - Summary of the feedback from the stakeholders attending the European workshop on the analysis of the business models in the current market design.

D3.6 Minutes of the European workshop

Task 3.6 - Summary of the feedback obtained from the relevant stakeholders attending the workshop on the analysis of the improved business models.

D2.3 Technical, regulatory and legal barriers for optimal deployment and operations for current BMs

Task 2.3 - Analysis of the technical, regulatory and legal framework related to business models for the aggregation of RE in the current market design.

D5.3 Preparation of legal and regulatory recommendations for the European level

Task 5.3 -Recommendations for European policy makers to enhance the European framework and to draw the attention to possible existing barriers which still remain in the target countries and prevent the implementation of the proposed business models.

D4.1 Supporting material to recruit participants in the business model pilot studies

Task 4.1 - Selection of improved business models for the real-life implementation. Description of the procedure adopted for the selection of the customers for the real-life implementation of the improved business models.

Leaflet on project achievements

Task 6.3 - Leaflet providing more information on the project´s achievement. E-version and 2000 hard copies.

D5.4 Minutes of workshop with policy makers

Task 5.4 - Summary of the main outcomes from the European workshop with the policy makers, regulators and system operators on the recommendations for the business models implementation and on the barriers preventing the implementation.

D3.5 Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) of the improved BMs

Task 3.5 -Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) of the improved business models. The analysis will define the impact of the improved business models from the technical, environmental and social point of view.

D4.3 Documentation of virtual business model implementation and results

Task 4.3 - Detailed description of the results of the simulations of the improved business models which were not implemented in real-life due to the technical or regulatory barriers existing in the current market design. The simulations will be carried out with real data in order to provide the aggregators with valuable feedback on the business models, which could be implemented once the barriers will be removed.

Scientific and professional articles

Task 6.5 - This deliverable will combine the scientific articles written by the partners.

D3.2 Improved BMs of selected aggregators in target countries

Task 3.2 - Description of the improvements adoped for the business models of the aggregators partners of the project. The improvement will be based on the outcomes of the WP2, related to the analysis of the current business models, and from Task 3.1, related to the future electricity market scenarios. With this deliverable several improved business models will be proposed for the implementation.

D4.5 Lessons learnt and best practises

Task 4.5 Description of the lessons learnt and the best practices from the real-life implementation of business models for RE aggregation.

D2.2 Technical, market, environmental and social benefits of aggregation BMs within the consortium

Task 2.2 -Description of the benefit of aggregating renewable energy sources. The benefits will be defined from the technical, market, envorimental and social point of view.

D3.1 Review of future electricity market options

Task 3.1 - Analysis of the future electricity market scenarios in order to develop business models in line with the expectations of the future market design. This deliverable will provide a benefit to the aggregators partners of the project and also the aggregators to be addressed with the dissemination activities. The BestRES business models will be indeed in this way able to support the aggregators with the challenges of the new market design.

Report on the social media campaign

Task 6.4 - This deliverabel will summarise the results related to the project dissemination via the social media (LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube). The number of users will be adopted as indicator.
