The strategy defines the phases and key contents of the project’s communication, the target groups addressed, the channels used and the roles each partner plays. These process models will be used to identify commonalities in the planning processes and to develop a generic open governance model.

The already established e-newsletter ‘Informed Cities’ will dedicate two editions per year (=six editions) solely to the smarticipate project, and be sent to 2000+ recipients in months 4 / 10 / 16 / 22 / 28 / 34.

Stakeholder Dialogue Events: 5 Events during period (öffnet in neuem Fenster)Key stakeholder groups relevant for the replication of the smarticipate outcomes will be invited to a series of five one-day Dialogue Events, where they will receive first-hand information on the applications and processes developed in the pilot cities. They will take place during months 16-21.
