A promotional Kit including CLISEL logo, CLISEL flyers and CLISEL standard power point will be elaborated from UNIBERN-WTI in collaboration with the others partners.
The website will be a key instruments to develop all the results of any activity of the project, and it will be useful to policy-makers and analysts working on climate-security issues. It will consist of both open- and closed-access components. The open-access component will provide general information about the project to the public. The closed-access component is intended for the exclusive use of policy-makers. The first version of the website will describe the aim of the project and the people involved. There will be also a first announcement of the planned activities (e.g. the five workshop). As long as the project increases the website will be filled of further content.
A Travel App for all policy-makers with an Interactive Chart on Climate Change Security will be constructed. This App will be an interactive instrument aimed to provide inputs, to facilitate the circulation of information in urgent situations, and to facilitate the flow of communication. The Travel App will be an easy instrument conceived to be used by policy makers during their travels. This instrument will condense the key results and information produced by the project and it will translate them in an easy way to make them very accessible. The Interactive Chart on Climate Change Security will be an on-line tool accessible through CLISEL website, and will provide an easy way to navigate the very complex field of the Multilevel Governance of Migration and Climate for local politicians, and broadly for all the level of government involved in the issues.
An Interactive maps listing existing labour mobility agreements in third countries affected or at risk by climate change will be prepared. The scope of this map will be to provide to local governments a vision of possible problem solving measures to adopt in a comparative perspective.
The website will be a key instruments to develop all the results of any activity of the project, and it will be useful to policy-makers and analysts working on climate-security issues. After one year of CLISEL activities, the website will contain all the deliverables that are public, and will be a point of reference for Sardinian city councils for the events, training activities, workshops involved in the project. The CAL Sardegna will take care of promoting and disseminating the website trough all the Sardinian city councils through its mailing lists.
Develop of an Institutional Index on climate-security-migration nexus (M12-36). This instrument is conceived to build a progressive map of all institutional initiatives, structures, programmes etc. existing at national/regional/international levels to deal with climate change-security nexus. This instrument will facilitate the multilayered dissemination activities. The Index will be available on-line
At the end of the CLISEL project, the website will give a full and comprehensive image of all the activities reached, and of all the information gathered. It will be a public platform (except for the closed data) both for local governments and stakeholders interested in deep their knowledge in climate change and security. All the public deliverables will be accessible through the website.
Social Media will help to disseminate CLISEL project.
A Final report including the results from all the workshops will be published in the CLISEL website to show the main issues and problems faced and rised by the city mayors and other stake holders during the workshops.
A Periodic Report on quality check of deliverables so far reached in the project will be elaborated. The Report will check both the quantity of deliverables due according to the Grant agreement list of deliverables, the reason of their delay (if any) and will give a judgement on their quality.
A questionnaire will be disseminated by the Center for Local Authorities of Sardinia to each City Councils in order to check their priorities. Once the responses to the questionnaire have been received, a statistical analysis of the data emerging from the questionnaire will be developed, in order to draw a map to the security/insecurity framework linked to climate change impacts in third countries a local level. The results emerging from the Questionnaire will be discussed in a workshop with the city mayors, and a report on the commentaries from local authorities will be prepared. The data collected trough the questionnaire will be of exclusive property of CLISEL which will decide how to disseminate them and which use doing of them.
A definitional framework will be drafted on the climate change-security and the role of local authorities.
The second roadmap will be prepared for the organization of one interactive seminar on the perception of risk and security threats emanating from an historical perspective, to feed into workshop 5.
In the kick-off meeting all the main research task and the main dates of the activities will be settled.

A Definitional framework on climate change-security and migration nexus for policy-makers to set the stage for the activities of the pilot case study in Sardinia Region will be drafted.
A first roadmap will be prepared for the organization of one interactive seminar on risk and security (workshop1). It will be based on the datas collected in the previous deliverables of this WP.
A bibliographic research will be conducted, and at the end of the screening of the major academic contribution in the field a Synthesis of existing literature on various conceptualisations and empirical evidence on risks and insecurity related to global environmental change and climate change will be prepared.

An Interim Management summary will be drafted at the beginning of the project and will be increased at the end. It will list all the steps of CLISEL's project. An Innovation plan will be drafted: the project is rich of innovative tools such as the Travel App, the Interactive Chart on Climate change and security, the Questionnaire for City Councils.
The second roadmap will be prepared for the organization of one interactive seminar on the emerging role of migration as adapation in third countries states and emerginf role of local authorities. The seminar will be the subject of workshop 2. The roadmap will be discussed with all the partners and will receive their feedbacks.

The Dissemination Plan will be elaborated and agreed by each project members, and it will described the CLISEL strategy for using the project tools, and identifying specific areas in which the project results can have a genuine influence.

In order to make all the academic literature analyzed in this WP accessible to a broader public, Dissemination materials (such as material for the Clisel's website, and other kind of non academic briefs) on the perception of the risk and insecurity related to migration and climate change among Sardinians' local authorities and communities involved in the project will be elaborated.

A Definitional framework on climate change-security and multiculturalism for policy-makers to set the stage for the activities of the pilot case study in Sardinia Region will be drafted. The framework will list some of the most common multicultural conflicts that local government may face.
At the end of CLISEL, Guidelines and raccomendations for European External Policy will be designed in order to enhance multi-level governance and dialogue between local government and the higher level institutions. They will establish criteria to develop an evaluation framework for climate-mobility policies on the basis of the results of the work conducted with local authorities and the analysis conducted to develop the interactive maps.

An academic paper on the perception of the risk and insecurity related to migration migration and climate change will be written and submitted for publication in academic journals.
The Data Management Plan will describe what kind of data will be collected by CLISEL (e.g statistical data collected with the questionnaire distributed to the city mayors). It will identify how and where data will be stored both while the research is being conducted and at its end. The Data Management Plan will also clarify who has to have access to these data. The Data Management Plan will be inspired by the principle of giving the broader publicity to the data whenever is possible.
