Training School II

Second training school with a range of specilised lectures and seminars on the topic of Work Pancake 2. The workshop will be organised by the University of Durham with the support of the University of Ghent.

Global Virtual Workshop I

First Global Virtual Workshop in which invited speakers from outside the network will present the latest advancements in the field and the ESR will be able to present their research to the scientific community. It will be organised by INRIA with the support of VKI.

Local Training Workshop II

Second local training workshop with hands on experience for the ESRs. This workshop organised by PoliMi with the support of CIRA will be focused on the development of complementary skills and to translate research into impact. It will see a session in which the Proget Working Groups will need to present a route to commercialisation and a product they want to develop in the future to a panel of venture capitalists.

Global Virtual Workshop II

Second global virtual workshop with presentations from experts from outside the network and from the ESRs. The GVWII coincide also with the summer of code where the ESR together with other students from outside the network will work on a software development project. The workshop will be organised by ESTECO with the support of JSI.

UTOPIAE Conference

The activities of UTOPIAE will close with an international conference where the ESRs will present their results to the scientific community. The conference will be open to both the academic and non-academic sectors and will help the ESRs to make contact with their potential future employers.

Opening Training School

First training event for the ESRs. Organised by USTRAT will provide a range of lectures on all the subjects covered by UTOPIAE so that all the ESRs start from a common basis.

Training School III

Third training school with lectures focalised on the topics of Work Package 3. The school will be organised by CUAS with the support of DLR.

Education CPD

USTRAT will organise a continuous professional development course for teachers to introduce the topic developed in UTOPIAE, in schools so to attract more people (and women) into STEM subjects.

Local Training Workshop I

First local training workshop where the ESRs can have the first hands on experience and share their first results with the rest of the network.

UTOPIAE conference proceedings

UTOPIAE conference presentations and papers are made available to the scientific community in the form of online documents on the UTOPIAE portal and book of proceedings.
