Geometrical, physical and chemical characterisation of CDW-derived materials

Geometrical, physical and chemical characterisation of materials from demolition activities will be summarised and described in the report, along with the results from the durability Task. Mineral, fine, lightweight materials and timber will be characterised.

Quality classes and potential applications for recovered CDW-derived materials

A classification according the potential for several applications (structural and non-structural) will be given for the fraction identified from the Project.

Fire modelling

Report on fire modelling of developed elements (renovation and new construction).

Effect of the variability of CDW batches

The results from the investigation on the effects of variability in the quality of recovered materials will be described.

Scaled-up processes

Report on gathering of the specification of the conceptual design of the scaled-up processes.

Overview on the current status of construction of prefabricated elements with recycled materials

The report will outline EU current trends in the reuse/recycling of CDW in prefabricated elements.

CDW specifications and material requirements for prefabricated structures

This deliverable collects the features of CDW materials feeding the sorting system and the required specifications for recycled materials to be used for prefabrication.

Report on Certification strategy and contribution to standardization.

Processes HSE analysis

Report on processes HSE performances.

Overview on the current status on policy measures and regulatory frameworks

The report will outline EU policies and regulations about prefabricated elements integrating recycled materials from CDW.

Life cycle data collection

Collection of primary life cycle data related to the different products and processes developed in the RE4-Project.

Communication and Dissemination Plan

The Plan will identify target audiences, key messages, communication channels, roles and timelines.

Statistics assessment

Report containing a comparison between D11 data with previous study

Data Management Plan (DMP)

DMP will analyse the main data uses and explore the restrictions related to IPR according with the Consortium Agreement.

Refurbishment

Installation of the panels/blocks on an existing façade. Description of the set-up of the installation of the façade panels. Report and demonstrator.

Prefabricated elements production and testing

Production details and characterization of the elements, which will be produce in quantity enough to build the prototypes. Report and samples.

Mock-ups execution

New residential and/or commercial buildings construction. Description of the whole construction process. Report and demonstrator.

Website creation

Website will be designed for both private and public access, hosted by FENIX.
