Comprehensive scientific guidance on risk factors and mitigation strategies associated with lamb mortality (SRUC), gestation (INRA) and reproduction (AGRIS).

21 scientific datasheets (3 per country) relating to sheep productivity adapted to local specificities

Comprehensive scientific guidance tailored for dissemination and implementation at country level.

Practices abstract - 1

The Best applicable Practices will be delivered in a common format and audio-visual material at the end of the midlife project. The practice abstracts common format will respond to the request of European Commision DG AGRI, and will be feed into the EIP-AGRI website for broad dissemination. Half of the total number of practice abstracts (total=150) should be delivered at the end of the first reporting period.

Press releases at national/regional level will be produced and tailored to the targeted audience by the Network Facilitators during the second half-life of the project to inform on the project and disseminate relevant results.

A searchable database on the three sub-themes of the project

A searchable database for information concerning the prevalence, risk and mitigation strategies for reproductive failure, embryo mortality and lamb mortality available in an open access form to all partners in the project. Provisional deliverables will be expected at M7, M13.

A suite of self learning will be readily available to all stakeholders via the SheepNet Community Platform

A Permanent Networking Facility will be developed enhancing networking potential of relevant communities

Technical and Practical datasheet

Each Technical and Practical datasheet will refer to one management practice or advisory tool, and will basically consist of short description with some pictures, drawings, graphics, etc., to support the message. Provisonnal deliverables is expected on M18

Implementation of several practices

The videos will be recorded in the native language of the farmer and/or English, with the subtitles required (in English or the native language). They will be developed to reach a broader audience; channelled by YouTube for example
