Changes needed in actual policy support and AKIS governance are highlighted

Best practical approaches for on-farm demonstration activities, projects and programs (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Case study research results are critically evaluated, integrated and synthesized (comparative analysis), to derive best practical approaches for demonstrations, which will be disseminated through the AgriDemo-Hub

Communication and Networking Plan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Based on the draft version included in the DoA, a final but dynamic communication and networking plan is elaborated. This is a guiding and living document to support the coordination and synergies of all networking and communication activities of the different WPs, and identifies, according to the different objectives, the target groups, the type of interaction to be promoted and its outcomes, the channels and tools to be used. It also includes a post-project analysis, seeking for options for explotiation and/or continuitity of main results/producs after the end of the project.

Data Management Plan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The Data Management Plan contains a common procedure for assigning a name and reference number for all datasets generated in the project and providing a description of each dataset including how and when it was collected, its origin, its format (audio, textual, numerical) and data collection methods used. It specifies what parts of the dataset are in English, the national language, or both. The description also specifies whether the data underpins a publication and to whom the dataset could be useful. Data sharing is addressed, taking into consideration any ethical and data protection concerns, as well as how access to the data is organised (and what parts of the dataset may be public or restricted). The type of repositories used in the partner institutions are specified, as well as the procedures that will be put in place for long-term and safe preservation of the data.

Case study reports - functional characteristics (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

According to D 4.1 (methodology) an in-depth examination of the functional aspects of the case studies is performed, including a.o. mechanisms used to recruit and interact with participants, and methods and tools used during demonstration.

State-of-the-art report on determining effectiveness of learning approaches (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

A literature review is performed to include latest scientific findings concerning the effectiveness of learning approaches. Effectiveness can be determined by both the extent (e.g. numbers, geographic range and stakeholder types) and the nature (e.g. adaptive, instrumental, transformative) of learning.

Case study reports - effectiveness (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

According to D 5.2 (methodology) an in-depth examination of the effectiveness of the case studies is performed, including the extent and nature of learning.

Key structural characteristics leading to effective outcomes (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Key findings are synthesized and described, based on a comparative analysis of actors and structures for the different case studies. Structures that lead to effective outcomes with respect to learning outcomes are identified, and are validated through focus group meetings

Practice abstracts (5 of 20) (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

Practice abstracts will contain all the outcomes/recommendations which are ready for practice, in the form of a short summary of around 1000-1500 characters, which describes a main information/recommendation/practice that can serve the end-users in their daily practice. Half of the total number of practice abstracts should be delivered at the end of the first reporting period (M18), the rest by end of the project at the very latest (M30). All will be deliverd in the Excel format on the EIP-AGRI website (http://ec.europa.eu/eip/agriculture/en/content/eip-agri-common-format).

Practice Abstracts (15 of 20) (öffnet in neuem Fenster)
