Risultati finali
development of methodology, building on D 5.1 (state-of-the-art) to ensure standardized data collection and analysis of the selected case studies, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis tools
Methodological guide for data gathering and analysis - structural characteristics (si apre in una nuova finestra)development of methodology to ensure standardized data collection and analysis of the selected case studies, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis tools
Typology of on-farm demonstration activities (si apre in una nuova finestra)On-farm demonstration activities are grouped into coherent groups, based on the structural and functional characteristics defined in D2.1 (analytical framework). The typology will take the structure of the EIP-Agri database into account to assure compatibility.
Procedural guide for inventory (si apre in una nuova finestra)The procedural guide is based on the D2.1 (analytical framework), and is a translation of the framework into a list of characteristics and into workable formats for building an online inventory. Project partners will be trained for collecting inventory data.
Practice abstracts (20 of 20) (si apre in una nuova finestra)Practice abstracts will contain all the outcomes/recommendations which are ready for practice, in the form of a short summary of around 1000-1500 characters, which describes a main information/recommendation/practice that can serve the end-users in their daily practice. Half of the total number of practice abstracts should be delivered at the end of the first reporting period (M18), the rest by end of the project at the very latest (M30). All will be deliverd in the Excel format on the EIP-AGRI website (http://ec.europa.eu/eip/agriculture/en/content/eip-agri-common-format).
Validated analytical framework (si apre in una nuova finestra)the analytical framework will capture the variables and characteristics, related to the structures and processes/function, of demonstration activities, that should be taken into account when developing a typology for selection of the case studies
Recommendations for AKIS governance and policies on support for farmer-to-farmer learning approaches (si apre in una nuova finestra)Changes needed in actual policy support and AKIS governance are highlighted
Best practical approaches for on-farm demonstration activities, projects and programs (si apre in una nuova finestra)Case study research results are critically evaluated, integrated and synthesized (comparative analysis), to derive best practical approaches for demonstrations, which will be disseminated through the AgriDemo-Hub
Communication and Networking Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)Based on the draft version included in the DoA, a final but dynamic communication and networking plan is elaborated. This is a guiding and living document to support the coordination and synergies of all networking and communication activities of the different WPs, and identifies, according to the different objectives, the target groups, the type of interaction to be promoted and its outcomes, the channels and tools to be used. It also includes a post-project analysis, seeking for options for explotiation and/or continuitity of main results/producs after the end of the project.
Data Management Plan (si apre in una nuova finestra)The Data Management Plan contains a common procedure for assigning a name and reference number for all datasets generated in the project and providing a description of each dataset including how and when it was collected, its origin, its format (audio, textual, numerical) and data collection methods used. It specifies what parts of the dataset are in English, the national language, or both. The description also specifies whether the data underpins a publication and to whom the dataset could be useful. Data sharing is addressed, taking into consideration any ethical and data protection concerns, as well as how access to the data is organised (and what parts of the dataset may be public or restricted). The type of repositories used in the partner institutions are specified, as well as the procedures that will be put in place for long-term and safe preservation of the data.
Case study reports - functional characteristics (si apre in una nuova finestra)According to D 4.1 (methodology) an in-depth examination of the functional aspects of the case studies is performed, including a.o. mechanisms used to recruit and interact with participants, and methods and tools used during demonstration.
State-of-the-art report on determining effectiveness of learning approaches (si apre in una nuova finestra)A literature review is performed to include latest scientific findings concerning the effectiveness of learning approaches. Effectiveness can be determined by both the extent (e.g. numbers, geographic range and stakeholder types) and the nature (e.g. adaptive, instrumental, transformative) of learning.
Case study reports - effectiveness (si apre in una nuova finestra)According to D 5.2 (methodology) an in-depth examination of the effectiveness of the case studies is performed, including the extent and nature of learning.
Key structural characteristics leading to effective outcomes (si apre in una nuova finestra)Key findings are synthesized and described, based on a comparative analysis of actors and structures for the different case studies. Structures that lead to effective outcomes with respect to learning outcomes are identified, and are validated through focus group meetings
Practice abstracts (5 of 20) (si apre in una nuova finestra)Practice abstracts will contain all the outcomes/recommendations which are ready for practice, in the form of a short summary of around 1000-1500 characters, which describes a main information/recommendation/practice that can serve the end-users in their daily practice.
Practice Abstracts (15 of 20) (si apre in una nuova finestra)Practice abstracts will contain all the outcomes/recommendations which are ready for practice, in the form of a short summary of around 1000-1500 characters, which describes a main information/recommendation/practice that can serve the end-users in their daily practice. Half of the total number of practice abstracts should be delivered at the end of the first reporting period (M18), the rest by end of the project at the very latest (M30). Case study reports - structural characteristics (si apre in una nuova finestra)According to D 3.1 (methodology) an in-depth examination of the structural aspects of the case studies is performed, including a.o. goals, audience, actors/networks initating and involved and the decision-making process.
Case study selection for in-depth analysis (si apre in una nuova finestra)Based on D2.4 (typology), a set of case studies (n=24-36) will be selected for further in-depth analysis in WP3, 4 and 5. The selection will be performed as to ensure maximum diversity, in structural and functional characteristics. It will also ensure thematic coverage of EIP priorities and geographic coverage
Key functional characteristics leading to effective outcomes (si apre in una nuova finestra)Key findings are synthesized and described, based on a comparative analysis of recruitment, interaction, learning methods and tools for the different case studies. Methods and tools that lead to effective outcomes with respect to learning outcomes are identified, and are validated through focus group meetings
Methodological guide for data gathering and analysis - functional characteristics (si apre in una nuova finestra)development of methodology to ensure standardized data collection and analysis of the selected case studies, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis tools
Protocol for multi-actor approach (si apre in una nuova finestra)The protocol describes which actors will be involved, how they will be involved and what kind of knowledge is needed from the different actors to optimally achieve the project objectives. Stakeholder analysis tools are used to identify actors and their stake, to differentiate and categorize actors into groups and to investigate relationships between them.
Dedicated channels of Facebook and/or Twitter are created and animated to profile the project and, especially, to empower the AgriDemo-Hub learning community. Another option is to have a dedicated YouTube account to post success sotires of the project, in the form of videos of best practices of demonstration farms across Europe.
AgriDemo-Hub (si apre in una nuova finestra)AgriDemo-Hub is an interactive, user-oriented, web-map application, including the geo-referenced inventory of demonstration farms, and farm demo showcases. The platform will offer Multi-language support, and will explore all possibilities of integration and/or inter-operability of the EIP-Agri website and database, carefully looking for complementarities and avoidance of overlaps
An inventory of commercial demonstration farms in Europe (si apre in una nuova finestra)Based on D2.2 (procedural guide) standardized data will be collected through an online tool. Each project partner will be responsible for a certain geographic zone.
Bi-annual newsletters (si apre in una nuova finestra)The project aims to deliver 2 newsletters per year. Contents will include main project developments, activities, results/products and good practices and inspringin stories from the community created in the AgriDemo-Hub
