Data Management Plan (1)A Data Management Plan will be formulated by AGRO APPS from the early stages of the project addressing crucial management aspects of the data that will be collected / generated in the course of DIANA. It will ensure that all aspects of data handling, treatment, reporting and access are clear to partners as well as provide specific information on the data (schemas, datasets, etc.) used in DIANA and their management (what type of data, how the data will be collected, shared, handled, preserved, any used standard).

DIANA User Guide and training materialIn order to drive the successful pilot operation of the platform we will deploy a 3-layer training framework for our pilot users: Well-tailored tutorials will be developed and compiled into the “DIANA User Guide”, consisting of ready to use training material on how to utilise the platform and exploit the information and services it provides.

1st version of integrated and tested DIANA service platformThe DIANA service platform components are going to be implemented according to the specifications provided by the overall architecture and system design.
Establishment of an active social media presence by setting up and regularly updating the social media pages of the project (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube channel) which will be launched by M3.
DIANA Web PortalDesign and development of the project web-portal, which will be the central communication tool also providing access to the DIANA service platform.
Promotional materialDesign and development of promotional material (by M3) (project identity, logo, posters, brochures, flyers, infographics, promotional video, etc.). Both digital and printed material will be developed in English and in partners’ languages to be used during communication as well as dissemination activities, tailored to the various identified target groups.
The DIANA Advisory Board (AB) will ensure the successful integration of its members into the activities of the project.
