Dissemination and Communication Plan

A comprehensive Dissemination and Communication Plan will be finalised to link all dissemination, communication and training tasks and their related products.

Dissemination and Communication Report

Towards the end of the project and based on the outcomes of the WPs and the ongoing exchange with key practitioners, a final Dissemination and Communication report that incorporates all results and recommendations will be produced.

Demonstration Report

It will collect all the results of the demonstration actions in Replicator and Role model cities, showing the blue-printing process success and barriers, the compliance with the scenario-modelling, and the relations established between mentor and replicator cities

Draft of Dissemination and Communication Plan

At the beginning of the project, the plan drafts the phases and key contents of the project’s communication, the target groups addressed, the channels used and the roles each partner plays. It will be reviewed and modified as necessary.

Regulatory Framework, ROCK Procurement and policy recommendations

Report on ROCK set of EU policy recommendations to define a possible regulatory framework on heritage-led protection and regeneration; ROCK procurement policy for green and creative industry sectors linked to CH, as a basis for the development of a common Action Plan

Quality Management Plan

It includes Quality Plan for Deliverables and Risk Management and Project management Guidelines, including project infrastructure for internal and external info sharing

ROCK Circular Urban System description

The report to be provided will describe different scenarios thanks to the modelling activities. A set of KPIs will be included, able to match climate change adaptation strategies and CH protection.

Report on advanced seminars on innovative city branding

Synthetic report on the series of capacity-building seminars devoted to innovative place brand management and its connection to CH-urban development. It will mainly target all the local stakeholders involved in city branding and marketing.

Users' tests report on ROCK tools

This report will collect the results of the test-beds carried out during the living labs activities to check the functionalities and the effectiveness of tools proposed by industrial partners. Main beneficiary: Fondazione Innovazione Urbana (Urban Center Bologna)

Report on SMART KPIs and monitoring process

The KPIs will be linked with SMART objectives and will be subject to adjustment during the project. The report will include the monitoring process phases based on the application of KPIs.

Integrated Management Plans for Replicators

IMP will be provided in reporting how the process has been implemented in relation to the engaged resources and actors

Roadmap template for replicator cities

This template will be a basis for the elaboration of cities’ local visions and to select the crucial urban actions for a sustainable growth. It will be defined by Eurocities with the support of UNIBO (task 2.3 leader).

Final Data Management Plan

Final version of the DMP, defining the types of data generated/collected, types of standards used, exploitation/sharing and preservation of data.

Report on governance toolkits and financial schemes for implementation of CH-led regeneration projects

This report will start from analysis of replicator cities, including indications and suggestions from virtuous case studies. It will suggest business and financial tools to be used for culture-led urban regeneration processes.

Market strategy for CH and heritage-led Regeneration - final version

Final version of market replication strategy of technological solutions, regeneration methodology and business models developed in ROCK

ROCK placebranding toolkit

The Tool-kit will be an assemblage of insights aiming to embed CH-urban development into the existing city branding strategies

Midpoint report evaluating impacts against benchmarks in each Replicator City

This report will include quantitative and qualitative impacts to evaluate changes and gap during implementation phases.

Guidelines for sustainable adaptive reuse for CH

The guidelines will be finalised to guide the implementation of ROCK measures in the operational environment, providing the best solutions to obtain a balance between conservation and adaptive reuse.

Final impact evaluation report measured against benchmarks at the end of the programme

The report collects the final results and impact achieved at the end of the implementation phase.

Final reports on CH and RIS3 (including pipeline of investment projects)

Final version of report linking CH-led urban regeneration to Smart Specialization Strategies.

Policy brief on enabling environment for green finance

The document will outline the rationale for choosing policy alternative to promote effective measures for a green economy approach.

Guidelines for mentoring activities

The document is addressed to guide the mentoring process, defining the different phase of works, the expected outputs and results. It will be provided at the beginning of the project to allow specific adjustments, in compliance with the cities involved, before the mentoring activities’ starting

International Conference Proceedings

The proceedings will collect partners’ presentations and contributions related to the implementation in ROCK cities, the progress in organizational, social and technological sectors, and the short term impacts.

First version of report linking CH-led urban regeneration to Smart Specialization Strategies of the Regions that endorse ROCK

Launch of ROCK Atlas

It consists in a collection of thematic cartographic supports to map the state of the art and the changes generated by ROCK in the ten cities involved.

Open Knowledge Portfolio

It reports successful heritage led-regeneration initiatives including involved stakeholders, impacts at different scales, benefits for the urban communities in terms of infrastructures, services, growth opportunities; management of time and costs; compliance with the EU framework. The report will help the consortium in the identification and mapping of the needs, barriers and challenges for Replicator Cities.

Taxonomically organised database of financial instruments

It identifies possible financial instruments for culture-led urban regeneration processes. It will focus on different categories of financial tools relating with different regeneration contexts. It will have a friendly structure in order to be used by local/replicator cities operators

ROCK Website

It includes the private and the public web site structures, main sections and the subsections. This first version will be updated and filled with new contents during the project development.

Presentation of key results of the project concisely summarized in easy-communicative factsheets (N.3)

A third fact-sheet will be developed to support the exchange workshop to be carried out in month 36 and present updated information on the applications and processes developed in the role model cities and replicators.

ROCK Platform test

It will collect the results, the appreciation and usability level of the ROCK platform beta-version. These data will be useful for adjustments, integrations addressed to the final version of this digital tool.
