Communication Plan (Annex: KPIs checklist)List of external communication actions and KPIs detailed in Section 2.2.4 to be used as Checklist of events to be attended, agents to be met, channels to be used and tools to establish the communication. This will be completed with an Annex accounting for accomplished KPIs by the end of the Project.
A website for dissemination and communication (External and internal) will be launched. The website will em-bed tools for project management, communication and faster decision-making. It will contain general infor-mation of the project, the member of the consortium and the obtained results, The website will include a fo-rum for participant discussions and KPIs related to time management.
