Establishing the Project Management Structures

Report including description of each management body (competences and interrelation among them) and names and qualification of representatives proposed by each member partner.

Compilation of Dissemination Actions & Materials

List of specific actions for specific entities supported by a contextualized report. Dissemination materials will be compiled including 1x educative clip, 2x press-release for general & specialized media, 1x technical report on technology maturity for Energy Storage Clusters, 1x report on societal challenges for regional governments (3 languages)

Communication Plan (Annex: KPIs checklist)

List of external communication actions and KPIs detailed in Section 2.2.4 to be used as Checklist of events to be attended, agents to be met, channels to be used and tools to establish the communication. This will be completed with an Annex accounting for accomplished KPIs by the end of the Project.

Project website

A website for dissemination and communication (External and internal) will be launched. The website will em-bed tools for project management, communication and faster decision-making. It will contain general infor-mation of the project, the member of the consortium and the obtained results, The website will include a fo-rum for participant discussions and KPIs related to time management.
