This deliverable will convert the results from the joint learning events in guidelines for strengthening support services to cluster SMEs with a special emphasis on better positioning SMEs in valuechains and for developing a service portfolio that perfectly responds to the needs of the SMEs A first version will be available in M5 and the final one in M32
