This deliverable is related to the provision of a detailed plan for all dissemination, standardisation and communication activities that will be scheduled for the 1st reporting period of the project. The lead beneficiary is HYPERTECH.

Technical and User Requirements and Architecture v1.00 (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The deliverable will include the preliminary version of the technical and user requirements and will also deliver the will provide the architecture diagrams and all design documents regarding the platform. The lead beneficiary is UBITECH.

Dissemination, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement and Data Management Handling Report – Final Version (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable aims to provide the final report on all dissemination, communication, standardisation and stakeholder engagement activities performed during the last reporting period of the project; the report of the AEGIS hackathon will also be included. In addition, this deliverable will provide a detailed report about which data have been collected and generated during the project and describe how it will be shared and opened after the project’s completion. The lead beneficiary is KONKAT.

The deliverable will include input from all the tasks during the first year to generate an updated version of the AEGIS methodology and value chain definition, updating also the Data Policy framework. The lead beneficiary is NTUA.

Documentation of the evaluation framework and validation methodology, defining the various practices for recording feedback from the demonstration activities and including a set of test-cases to be executed by the demonstrator partners. The lead beneficiary is VIF.

the deliverable will describe the operations of the Data Value Chain Bus and will include the algorithms to be used for harmonisation, knowledge extraction, business intelligence and usage analytics services. The lead beneficiary is Fraunhofer.

This deliverable will report the final version of the vocabularies, metadata repository, harmonisation, knowledge extraction, business intelligence and usage analytics services, based on the feedback received by the project’s end users. The lead beneficiary is GFT.

The AEGIS Methodology and High Level Usage Scenarios (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable is related to the activities to be performed under Task 1.4 and 1.5 and will report on the AEGIS integrated methodology, showing how components and concepts interrelate and displaying high level usage scenarios of the concept. Moreover, this report will include a legal evaluation and assessment of the AEGIS technologies as well as the integrated systems, assessing to what extent the legal requirements have been taken into account. For this purpose, the consortium will collaborate with the subcontracted Ethics Advisory Board. In general, D1.2 will provide input to the use cases, the architecture and specification task. The lead beneficiary is NTUA.

Documentation and lessons learnt from the AEGIS project, constituting methodological adoption guidelines for the utilisation of the platform. The lead beneficiary is UBITECH.

Domain Landscape Review and Data Value Chain Definition (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

The deliverable will include a state-of-play analysis of the big data landscape in terms of components, tools and methodologies, identifying the most prominent ones for inclusion in AEGIS, while stakeholder needs will be also identified. Last but not least, the AEGIS data value chain will be presented, alongside with a large set of information/data sources that will be exploited during the project. The lead beneficiary is KTH.

Data Management Handling Plan (öffnet in neuem Fenster)

This deliverable is related to the detailed plan about which data will be collected and generated during the project and how it will be shared and opened. This information is essential to decide the best sustainability model for project results and disseminate according to this plan the open data provided by the project. The deliverable will be updated at end of the project. The lead beneficiary is HYPERTECH.

This deliverable includes a partially functional high fidelity software prototype for all roles of users of the MVP connected to a deployed version of platform. The initial interface includes the basic UI/UX for the users of the platform. The lead beneficiary is GFT.
