Lead by BDVA/ITI. This deliverable describes the PPP communication and dissemination activities to be undertaken at EU and national/regional level in the last year of the project in an effective manner to help maximise the impact of the project.

Report on alignment with other relevant initiatives M18

This will focus on European initiatives, such as other PPPs and ETPs where coordination and synchronization should happen. For example, the BDV PPP cannot work apart from the EU strategies on Cloud, IoT (AIOTI), HPC (ETP4HPC), communications (5G PPP), or sectorial PPPs where different EU industries are already working on some Big Data aspects. The list of initiatives is preliminary at this stage and will be adapted and completed as needed. Regular meetings and engagements are expected with all of them to ensure fluid collaboration. This work will build upon some of the work already performed by BDVA, where industrial players already have ongoing relationships with relevant initiatives such as Copernicus, ETP4HPC, Industry 4.0, etc.

Value proposition and engagement plan for sectorial communities

This deliverable will describe the incentives for the sectorial communities to contribute to the PPP (independently of whether they are a contractual party of a project or not) and will provide an engagement plan with concrete actions and responsibilities to address, together with BDVA, the different target groups. It will also include expectations that will allow BDVe to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the ecosystem.

A Framework for the Recognition of Big Data Skills in Europe

A report detailing a framework that takes into consideration existing educational initiatives by the European Commission and industrial needs for the recognition of Big Data skills in Europe. The report will define a process for the individual recognition of skills in Big Data. The report will be updated as part of (T4.3).
