Communication plan, implementation of project website and social media presences (version 1)

The deliverable contains both a report on the initial communication plan of the project (which is to be updated and expanded at month 9), and the implementation of the project website and social media presences (in accordance to the initial communication plan). It is also in this deliverable that the initial EMMA brand and visual identity is presented.

Dissemination and exploitation report

This deliverable reports on the dissemination and exploitation activities carried out throughout the project (reflecting the work done in T5.1, T5.2 and T5.3).

Final application scenarios and requirements

This document describes the final application scenarios and requirements for the EMMA platform and applications. It updates D2.1, reflecting the work carried out in T2.3 based on the feedback received from the evaluation sessions of each project cycle.

Communication plan, implementation of project website and social media presences (version 2)

This deliverable updates the initial communication plan, reflecting the activities carried out in T5.1 and T5.2 since month 3 and describing in more detail the dissemination and communication strategy that the project will take until its completion. This includes an update of the identification of target groups, the core messages, the timing and activities that will be performed on the various communication channels. The report starts with a review and analysis of the activities performed so far (i.e. month 9) which will indicate if corrective actions need to be implemented. It will also contain in its annex the various dissemination materials prepared in T5.2.

Initial application scenarios and requirements

This deliverable reports on the activities carried out in T2.1 and T2.2 and presents the initial outcomes of T2.3, i.e. the first identified usage scenarios for the two verticals and their respective functional and system requirements.
