Risultati finali

Communication Kit after first reporting period (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The project will also provide a communication kit about the project (narrative text, photographs, slides and any other suitable communication material, complemented with copyright licences for the European Commission and for Photonics21). The narrative text will target a general audience and focus on the technical achievements as well as on the economical and societal benefits for the EU. This communication kit will be provided to the Commission at the beginning of the project with updates at the end of each reporting period.

Communication Kit at start of project (si apre in una nuova finestra)

The project will provide a communication kit about the project (narrative text, photographs, slides and any other suitable communication material, complemented with copyright licences for the European Commission and for Photonics21). The narrative text will target a general audience and focus on the technical achievements as well as on the economical and societal benefits for the EU. This communication kit will be provided to the Commission at the beginning of the project with updates at the end of each reporting period. Project communications such as project press releases, workshops announcements, websites, brochures will respect the principle of fair visibility. If the logo of any individual beneficiary is included, then the logos of all beneficiaries will be included.

Project presentation (si apre in una nuova finestra)

Press release (si apre in una nuova finestra)

At least two press releases will be launched by MUW at the beginning and at the end of the project on the vision of the MOON project and on its achievements, respectively. Together with the press release a project and final project presentation will be prepared in month 1 and 48 respectively. These are power point presentations of the project made public (as PDF) and which the European Commission may also use for its purposes.

Project website online (si apre in una nuova finestra)

MUW will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the project website which will be operational by the end of month 3 after project start. The website will comprise an internal area, a limited access area dedicated to public relations (PR) actions, and a public area. On the internal area the latest results, activities, as well as reporting and other relevant documents will be shared to ensure a constant flow of information within the consortium. The public area will provide information about the project objectives, recent results, publications and related events. The MOON website will be linked to other relevant websites including EU‐funded projects. The MOON project website will be on an .EU domain.
