Public final activity report

Will present i the consortium ii the ROBORDER objectives iii a summary of the project results iv the impact achieved during the project and v the final report of the data management and final release of the ROBORDER data and data access mechanism to the consortium members

Report on Standards and Collaborations

The deliverable will summarise the analysis and the recommendation on the different standards and the collaborations with other projects

Action plan for PUC

The deliverable of this task will consist on an actuation plan which will establish the steps required to accomplish for the testing of the different PUCs in order to achieve the objectives established in the evaluation methodology based on the user requirements.

Market Analysis

It will contain a thorough market analysis on the domain of interest of the project and will shed light about its complexity and its internal dynamics.

ROBORDER Website and communication material

This deliverable provides (1) the project presentation, (2) project overview “communication kit” and (3) a brief project Fact Sheet suitable for Web publishing and (4) the project website.

Mid-term review and progress report

This deliverable will document: i) the ROBORDER objectives and (ii) a summary of the project results during the first period.

Dissemination Plan

This deliverable will provide the consortium with the strategic direction with regard to the dissemination of the project results and outcomes

Self-assessment and data management plan V2

Will define: (i) a revised assessment plan, based on the experience made in the course of the project until M32, and monitoring the evolution of project requirements and objectives; (ii) the implementation of the plan for each objective; (iii) an updated data management report specifying the data (and their properties) that are available to consortium members at the end of the second project year, taking into account inputs from T1.3.

Project management and quality assurance plan

Will define i the guidelines followed by Consortium members to ensure high quality research development and reporting ii measures to be taken in case of detected or prognosticated quality flaws iii quality assurance responsibilities

Self-assessment and data management plan V1

Will outline the assessing plan of project objectives with quantitative measures and indicators where appropriate summarised through a series of tables In addition the report will describe the data requirements for supporting the RD activities of ROBORDER along with a concrete plan of making different sets of data available to the consortium

Mid-Project Dissemination Reports

Will provide an overview of the various dissemination activities of the project which have been completed by mid-project. It will also report on the activities of the User Group, their input into the direction of the project, as well as an exhaustive list of all the papers, presentations, publications and demonstrations published or performed within half of the ROBORDER project duration.
