A report that will summarize newly derived data from tissues of existing studies as well as one new 90-day oral study according to OECD TG 408.

Biodistribution of ENM after oral and inhalation exposure

A report presenting newly generated data on biodistribution and organ burdens of ENM after single and repeated exposure that will be used in WP6 as well as WP3 and WP4 to define concentrations in in vitro studies

Effects of repeated dose inhalation studies with ENM

A report that will summarize newly derived data generated from existing stored tissues obtained through previously conducted and on-going studies.

In vivo dosimetry modelling and experimental design report

Report summarizing the exposure regimen for the selected ENM in each in vivo system based on several combined dosimetry models to facilitate consideration of comparable doses in the in vitro experiments

Environmental fate and dosimetry in relevant environmental compartments

Summary report detailing the fate and dosimetry of Tier 1 ENM in environmental matrices (water and sediment based systems including test organims) as defined in WP5.

SOPs Handbook describing test methods which could be taken up by ISO and OECD

A report collating all PATROLS SOPs into a handbook that will be available for free download ebook
