Risultati finali

D2.3 Report on the validation analysis of the inDemand model

The report will include the results from the data analysis focused on extracting insights for inDemand model’s performance, such as the areas of effectiveness of inDemand co-creation, the value achieved by the model and the sensitivity related to the idea to be co-created. For dissemination and knowledge sharing purpose, the results of the analysis and insights extracted from issues and lessons learned as well as improvement suggestions are provided to consortium partners and the main parties (the Challengers, the Supporters, the Solvers and the Funders) involved in co-creation process as a form of continuous support. The results will be documented in deliverables and knowledge base. External dissemination will focus on the publishing of co-creation results in at least one peer-reviewed journal.

D3.1 Challenge report of first inDemand model iteration

A report will include an analysis of all proposals submitted in the first challenge, including information on market availability for the proposed need, technical and business feasibility, expected costs, duration, technical difficulties, etc.and the final short list of proposals and a recommendation for Management based on the challenge selection criteria.

D5.1 – Co-creation and business support report of first inDemand model iteration

After the completion of the first iteration, a joint public report will be produced and publicly disseminated. The report will incorporate the key learnings and insights acquired within each iteration together with the most relevant outputs translated into English.

D1.2: Final Report to European Commission

Final project report. This document will provide the relevant project information regarding the whole the project, following the template provided by the EC.

D3.2 Challenge report of second inDemand model iteration

A report will include an analysis of all proposals submitted in the second challenge, including information on market availability for the proposed need, technical and business feasibility, expected costs, duration, technical difficulties, etc.and the final short list of proposals and a recommendation for Management based on the challenge selection criteria.

D7.1 First version of Communication Plan

The Communication plan will include the´Corporate identity communication material’ to improve the brand awareness and share information about the project’s mission among the targets. A social media strategy, logo, flyer, posters, press releases and newslettersand roll-ups will be designed according to this visual corporate identity as well as presentations and deliverable template to be used in external and internal communication activities.

D1.1: Interim report to European Commission

Project report Period 1. This document will provide the relevant project information regarding the first period of the project, following the template provided by the EC.

D4.1 Call report of first inDemand model iteration

A report will be produced at the end of the first interaction and will incorporate the key learnings and insights acquired within each iteration after a process of monitoring and assessment, identifying the main issues, key learnings, best practices, etc., compiling the resources for dissemination and exchanging the acquired knowledge. The following outputs will be incorporated: the call text published in Official Bulletin; the Award criteria, the Memorandum of Understanding template, dissemination means, key learnings, lessons learnt and best practices. The report will be produced and publicly disseminated.

D2.2 The initial inDemand validation framework and the general guideline for data collection

A common data collection and feedback procedure will be established to ensure robust data collection and best knowledge sharing among work packages. All the relevant deployment data (e.g., implementation issues, lessons learned, best practices as well as quantitative validation data) will be collected for continuous monitoring and optimization. Protocols and templates for effective gathering of knowledge and insight will be also produced. A Knowledge-base will be designed to systematically collect and share the relevant information and knowledge.

D6.2 Report on Mirror Region training

A report will include the experiences and challenges from the Mirror Regions in the local implementation of the inDemand model, so that others can also benefit, including the main lessons from the training as well as the networking opportunities identifies to promote and add value to the inDemand ecosystem.

D7.3 Final version of Communication Plan

This final report on Communication Activities will contain a review of all communication based initiatives and actions undertaken throughout the project, including the lessons learnt identified. There will also be post project communication activities will be defined focusing on dissemination strategic actions to be undertaken after the projects conclusion, in order to have a follow-up and knowledge spread of projects results.

D6.1 First Dissemination Plan

The ‘Project Dissemination and Communication Plan’ is the strategic document to promote inDemand activities. It will include, among others: the main dissemination goals, a brief description of the contents to disseminate (which information should be disseminated), the target groups (who should be informed) and who would support the dissemination (partnerships), the instruments to be used for different audiences (how to spread knowledge), as well as the time plan (when) and the strategy to overcome any barriers that could negatively affect the project’s dissemination

D5.2 – Co-creation and business support report of second inDemand model iteration

After the completion of the second iteration, a joint public report will be produced and publicly disseminated. The report will incorporate the key learnings and insights acquired within each iteration together with the most relevant outputs translated into English.

D2.1 Implementation Master Document

After the inDemand model implementation, was refined if recommended, the executive team will set on the calendar by negotiating the synchronized implementation of the 2 iterations, in each region and at consortium level. All the information will be gathered in an implementation Master document that will define the tasks, milestones, responsibilities of actors and stakeholders.

D4.2 Call report of second inDemand model iteration

A report will be produced at the end of the second interaction and will incorporate the key learnings and insights acquired within each iteration after a process of monitoring and assessment, identifying the main issues, key learnings, best practices, etc., compiling the resources for dissemination and exchanging the acquired knowledge. The following outputs will be incorporated: the call text published in Official Bulletin; the Award criteria, the Memorandum of Understanding template, dissemination means, key learnings, lessons learnt and best practices. The report will be produced and publicly disseminated.

D1.3 Data Management Plan

The Data Management Plan will describe how the data generated or used within the project should be collected, stored, transformed and made available to a broader audience. This deliverable will consist of six sections: 1) data collection; 2) data storage and back-up; 3) data documentation; 4) data access; 5) data sharing and reuse; 6) data preservation and archiving.

D7.2 Project website

The inDemand website will be the main communication channel and will act as a showcase of the lessons learnt in the implementation of the inDemand model.
