Report including the series of objectives and related KPIs for tracking and evaluating the progress towards the design, implementation and testing process. The objectives created will be Specific, Measurable, Agreed between all the partners, Realistic and Time-based. The design objectives will be formalized into a tracking spreadsheet owned by the project’s Technical Coordinator having the role of evaluating the progress towards their competition overtime.

Report on the design process the Service Blueprint. It is the operational planning tool that provides guidance on how a service will be provided. The blueprint shows the different means/channels through which the FreeWheel service is delivered and shows the physical evidence of the service, front line staff actions, behind the scene staff actions, and support systems.
